Job summary

Ajaia in New York City seeks a Client Delivery Lead to own delivery operations across every active client account. You will manage the calendar, staffing, and delivery quality, ensuring every engagement ships on time and meets the bar.

You will run weekly reviews, make hard resourcing decisions, drive adoption after go-live, and build playbooks that make future engagements cheaper and faster. Strong organizational skills and experience with AI, data, or software implementations are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in delivery, implementation, or operations.
On-site in New York with client-site travel.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience delivering AI, data, or software implementations.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday, or Linear.

Responsibilities

Own delivery operations across every active account: calendar, staffing, and ship status.
Run the weekly delivery review across the portfolio.
Decide what ships, what gets fixed first, and what gets delayed.
Read a deliverable before the client does and catch issues early.
Build the resourcing plan across engagements.
Own adoption after go-live and ensure tools are used.
Escalate early when an account is at risk with a concrete ask.
