Job summary

Supermove is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI agents for large movers in North America. You will work with customers to understand operations, design AI workflows, write production code, and ensure agents perform reliably in real-world environments.

You’ll deploy our AI products and contribute to building them, solving complex problems across integrations, architecture changes, and new product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one modern programming language, APIs, databases and backend systems.
• Experience building with AI, LLMs, agents, tool calling, or AI-powered apps.
• Product-minded problem solving with scalable solutions and cross-functional thinking.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and executives to translate requirements into software.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agents, tooling, and integrations for customers.
• Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery to production rollout and optimization.
• Design and implement AI workflows translating business processes into agent behavior.
• Debug and optimize agents in production by reviewing transcripts, traces, and tool calls.
• Build integrations with customer systems and third-party platforms across the stack.
• Turn customer needs into reusable product features with engineering collaboration.
• Drive deployments and customer outcomes with cross-team coordination.
• Work directly with customer leadership to explain decisions and align on business impact.
