Duvo Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the front line with clients, mapping workflows on the Duvo platform and turning AI into tangible business outcomes. You’ll embed with customers, design integration glue, and ship running agents that operate in real customer stacks.

You will travel frequently, often onsite or in hybrid settings, to deploy and support AI-powered solutions, collaborating with operators and sponsors to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping AI-driven customer solutions.
• Experience embedding with customers and delivering end-to-end outcomes.
• Ability to translate business logic into agent behavior.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
• Map customer workflows on the Duvo platform and decide what to automate or fix first.
• Improve processes and avoid automating broken flows.
• Translate business logic into agent behavior: actions, rules, fallbacks.
• Configure and ship agents against real customer systems (ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email).
• Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes when needed.
• Debug live agents in production and iterate quickly.
• Build and own relationships with customer stakeholders.
