Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in AI, digital enablement, field education, adoption, or change management.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, productivity use cases, workflow support, and responsible AI.
• Strong communication, relationship management, organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build trust with field leadership, advisors, and Home Office partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and quick learning in a regulated environment.
• Hybrid work willingness with in-person engagement in Purchase and travel as needed.
• 2–3+ years in Wealth Management, financial services, field education, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional AI Specialists in driving awareness, education, and adoption of AI tools across field audiences.
• Engage with managers, Financial Advisors, and staff to reinforce practical AI use cases and gather feedback.
• Explain AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use expectations through real-time coaching.
• Assist field teams in applying AI tools to daily workflows via branch engagements and office hours.
• Identify AI-enabled business development opportunities and help scale best practices across the firm.
• Help connect AI adoption to growth opportunities and improved client follow-up and engagement.
• Contribute to pilots, rollouts, and training sessions for innovative initiatives and field education.
