Aligned to a U.S. region, the role requires travel across markets and branches, strong relationship management, clear communication, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into usable tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Wealth Management knowledge and ability to build trusted relationships across Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners.
• Experience in field education, adoption, training, enablement, change management, product rollout, or related field-facing roles.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities and complex topics to practical field execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional point of contact for strategic initiative engagement and adoption across Wealth Management.
• Partner with leadership to understand local priorities, readiness, needs, and adoption barriers.
• Build trusted relationships with Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners.
• Translate AI priorities into region-specific engagement plans aligned to local rhythms.
• Gather field feedback and elevate issues to partners.
