The role demands deep AI and customer-experience expertise, a proven track record in complex sales, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward growth across industries.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in AI-powered customer experience and related technology.
• Experience in sales overlay or specialist roles within software, cloud, or AI.
• 10–12 years in software, cloud, or AI related roles.
• Ability to influence strategies and collaborate across teams to drive outcomes.
• Experience coordinating and executing AI proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced expertise in AI and lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Engage with senior and C-level leaders and orchestrate complex opportunities across teams.
• Influence deal strategy and support territory planning, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
• Drive field execution of AI programs, campaigns and enablement initiatives.
• Lead customer workshops shaping AI use cases and pilot opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted SME and model best practice sales motions.
