Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will evaluate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and write concise explanations of what looks or sounds off.

This freelance role supports cutting-edge AI research and product-quality improvements. Pay is per hour with rates up to $15 USD, plus incentives, and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and persistence to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation.
