Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping to shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and image outputs, rating across dimensions, and providing evidence-based explanations. This is a freelance opportunity with pay per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidential explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a clear, English explanation that points to what was observed.
