Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and adherence, inspecting images, videos, and audio, and writing concise explanations in English. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have and often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio/video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation.
