Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal and AirTM, and earn up to $15 USD/hr plus incentives. No minimum hours; this is a freelance 1099 contract open to qualified applicants worldwide, including the US.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
