Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible, freelance schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $15/hr with additional incentives, paid weekly via ACH or PayPal.

Contributors help shape AI that reasons and learns, with access to top LLMs and ongoing projects across multiple countries. Remote work offers flexibility and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review material closely.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each response sounds and following prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misalignment; noting issues in writing.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and providing written explanations.
