Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and write explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours. Weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Applicants with strong written English, attention to detail, and a Bachelor’s degree or above are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches and write explanations in English.
