Job summary

8Flow, Inc. offers a 6-month, full-time, paid internship in Downtown San Mateo to learn enterprise sales inside an AI company. You will work directly with the founder/COO on outbound and gain real reps with customers. High performers may transition to a full-time SDR role.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or 1–2 years of experience with a sales or customer-facing background, a strong interest in AI, and a proactive, coachable mindset. In-person requirement in San Mateo is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years in sales/outbound roles.
• Interest in AI and enterprise software.
• Available to work full-time, in-person for 6 months.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Nice to have CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through research, prospecting and outbound to enterprise accounts.
• Research accounts and contacts and write tailored, personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Observe and join qualification calls with senior leaders to learn value messaging.
• Start from our playbook, keep the CRM clean, and use AI tools to build small helpers.
