Robots & Pencils seeks a Technical Program Manager to own large multi-workstream programs, translating client goals into a technical plan and guiding delivery from strategy to value realization. You’ll collaborate with business leaders and engineering to align priorities and drive enterprise-scale AI and cloud initiatives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and address tradeoffs with clarity, ensuring on-time delivery and production-ready results for complex enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading multiple Agile teams at scale.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IT engagements and AI/digital transformations.
• Ability to translate client goals into technical plans and drive execution.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI, digital, and cloud transformation programs (>$10M).
• Break down programs into manageable workstreams with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Define governance and KPIs, report health, and guide trade-offs across scope, timeline, and budget.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and shape technical direction with engineering leads.
• Lead AI development lifecycle planning, evaluation, and monitoring across workstreams.
