Truist seeks an experienced operations leader to partner with the Head of AI Product and steer the AI product execution team. You will drive governance, transparency, and effective decision-making across product, technology, risk, and finance to enable scalable AI delivery.

You will oversee executive reporting, financial and workforce planning, and strategic initiative alignment while coaching junior team members and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
