Truist is seeking an AI Enablement Director to lead enterprise AI and data strategies across Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting. The role requires transforming processes, building scalable capabilities, and ensuring governance in a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will drive cross‑functional delivery, manage multiple teams, and partner with senior leaders to deliver trusted data products and AI solutions that improve business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent education, training, and work‑related experience.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in AI, data engineering, advanced analytics, or related technical domains.
• Demonstrated mastery of multiple technical areas, including AI/ML, data architecture, analytics platforms, and cloud‑based technologies.

Aufgaben

• Shape AI and data strategies, architectures, and operational plans with short- to mid-term impact on divisional outcomes.
• Designs, evolves, and governs AI platforms, data architectures, and analytics solutions for scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead large, cross‑divisional technical initiatives of strategic importance without formal reporting authority.
• Establishes and advances enterprise standards, patterns, and best practices for AI lifecycle management.
• Provides expert oversight of model performance, risk controls, explainability, and ethical AI usage, ensuring governance alignment.
• Partners with senior leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities where AI and data capabilities can improve outcomes.
• Mentors and develops senior technical talent, influencing capability maturity at scale.
• Drives innovation through PoC leadership and continuous improvement of AI‑enabled solutions.
