Job summary
Truist in Raleigh, NC is seeking a senior leader to drive AI and data strategies across the enterprise, overseeing model development, governance, and scalable data platforms. You will partner with Finance, Risk, and Regulatory leaders to align data initiatives with reporting needs and regulatory requirements, guiding multiple teams to deliver trusted data products and insights.
The role requires executive engagement, strong governance, and a track record of delivering measurable business value
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI/data solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data architectures and analytics methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with senior Finance, Risk, and Regulatory leaders to define priorities.
- Design and deliver scalable data products and modern data architectures.
- Oversee AI model deployment and data platforms to improve performance.
- Establish data governance, quality, metadata, lineage frameworks.
- Mentor multiple AI, data, engineering teams and drive innovation.
