Truist is seeking an AI/data leader to guide the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures that improve business processes and system performance. This onsite role manages a small to mid-sized team and enforces governance standards.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to apply AI and analytics for actionable insights, coach teammates, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in a core Atlanta-area location.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI and data.
• Experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development and deployment of AI models and data architectures.
• Contributes to short-term tactical and operational plans with significant impact.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
