Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks an Applications Trainer to join the Technology Transformation team in Atlanta. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training for firm applications, including ChatGPT Enterprise and AI tools, to support adoption and continuous learning for attorneys and business professionals.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience training users on an enterprise AI platform (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise).
Experience training users on AI tools, productivity platforms, and tech-enabled workflows.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt delivery by role/learning needs.
Strong instructional design, writing, and presentation skills with clear user-facing docs.

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and maintain training for firm applications (live, virtual, recordings, guides).
Design and facilitate training for ChatGPT Enterprise, GPTs, and other AI tools with governance in mind.
Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create role-based training plans.
Conduct new user, rollout, refresher, and coaching sessions for adoption of applications.
Translate complex tech concepts into clear, accessible instruction for attorneys and staff.
Create, update, and organize training materials and knowledge articles.
