Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks an Applications Trainer to join the Information Technology team in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for firm applications and AI tools.

You will train users on ChatGPT Enterprise, create practical materials, and partner with stakeholders to define learning objectives and adoption strategies, while ensuring governance and security considerations are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education/ID/IT/Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience training users on AI tools and enterprise platforms.
• Experience developing and delivering training for enterprise applications in professional services.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, writing, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating training content in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, recordings, guides).
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and access control in training contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for firm applications and AI tools.
• Design and facilitate training for ChatGPT Enterprise, GPTs, and other AI tools with practical use cases.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
• Conduct new user, rollout, and refresher training and coaching.
• Translate tech concepts into clear, user-facing instruction for attorneys and staff.
• Create and organize training documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support application launches and post-launch adoption training.
• Gather learner feedback to improve training content and delivery.
