Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Quality Training Coordinator to strengthen operational excellence by coordinating enterprise and quality training programs across our regulated manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in training and/or pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, as well as learning management systems, is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Enterprise and Quality training schedules, calendars, instructors, facilities, materials, and technology to support onboarding, qualification, retraining, and continuous learning programs; leverage AI-enabled scheduling and automation to improve efficiency and inspection readiness.
• Manage employee enrollment, attendance, qualification tracking, learning management system records, and training documentation to ensure regulatory compliance; use AI-supported workflows to address gaps and improve reporting accuracy.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready training records, controlled documents, and learning resources aligned with internal procedures and quality standards; apply AI-assisted tools to improve retrieval and inspection readiness.
