Job summary

Sparkrock is a 100% remote organization serving social benefit organizations and government entities with ERP platforms. We seek a senior .NET engineer to drive architectural excellence, code complex solutions, and lead initiatives across product standards while leveraging AI coding tools.

You will collaborate with global teams, influence technical strategy, and contribute to scalable enterprise SaaS developments, all in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted / agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience implementing unit/integration tests in both backend and frontend.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Hands-on experience with containerized applications.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
• Proven track record in creating and managing strong product-driven standards.
• Strong English communications (oral and written).
