Life Science Connect is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge product strategy with engineering, data, and AI-augmented development. You will translate strategic initiatives into precise technical architectures, author implementation-ready specifications, and partner closely with product, data, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or enterprise apps.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
• AI-augmented analysis and documentation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into engineering execution with clear requirements, stories, workflows, APIs, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive AI-augmented analysis to produce requirements, process models, docs, and data mappings with precision.
• Design scalable product workflows leveraging identity, analytics, AI services, and customer intelligence.
• Own implementation-ready specs: PRDs, functional specs, user stories, API contracts, data mappings.
• Partner with engineering to clarify requirements and remove ambiguity before development.
• Define modern data models, ingestion patterns, and reporting needs with Data Engineering.
• Support testing and release readiness to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Improve Agile practices and AI-enabled delivery workflows across the engineering org.
