Job summary
WinWire is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with AI expertise to bridge clinical development and AI product delivery. You will translate science-driven needs into AI-ready requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered clinical research solutions.
The role requires a strong scientific background, experience in pharmaceutical R&D, and the ability to independently drive requirements, UAT, and stakeholder alignment across Agile teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of business analysis experience in pharmaceutical R&D environments
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured AI requirements
- Experience with KPIs, success metrics, and data/statistics
- UAT planning, stakeholder communication, and test-cycle coordination
- Strong understanding of clinical development concepts and drug development processes
- Academic or professional background in life sciences related to clinical research
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements, including data expectations and model outputs
- Collaborate with Product Manager, AI Leads, Data Lead to define AI use cases and success criteria
- Document functional and AI-specific requirements with acceptance criteria
- Refine requirements, prioritize, and align with stakeholders
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and test-case development
- Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
