Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in call center, banking, credit union, or collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience with AI/analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound and inbound calls to past-due accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Review accounts and recommend extensions, due date changes, refinancing, or repossession when warranted.
• Document all member interactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP, and SCRA.
