Job summary

Deloitte Technology US is seeking a Manager in AI Security Engineering to secure the development and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions. You will lead hands-on security efforts across high-visibility initiatives, embedding security, trust, and resilience into AI systems while enabling rapid, responsible innovation.

The role requires strong engineering depth, collaboration across teams, and the ability to mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and/or AI/ML with hands-on delivery.
• Minimum 1 year of people and/or process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design secure AI-enabled solutions balancing value with risk.
• Lead architecture and development of AI/ML and GenAI systems with embedded security controls.
• Embed security across the SDLC, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Identify AI-specific vulnerabilities and implement safeguards.
• Partner with product, engineering, cybersecurity, and risk teams to balance usability, performance, and security.
