EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to drive cutting-edge data science and big data solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate AI outputs into business insights, and ensure scalable, compliant deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will partner with a diverse set of clients, manage engagements end-to-end, and mentor junior staff while navigating highly regulated settings with strong governance and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of relevant AI/Data Science/ML experience.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining high-impact production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams delivery and manage processes and projects.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives and ensure performance.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases relevant to Power & Utilities.
