Job summary

TruStage is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Engineering to lead the development and deployment of scalable AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will supervise a team of AI engineers and specialists, ensuring responsible AI practices and strong operational readiness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Architecture, Data, Security, and AI Delivery to translate requirements into scalable capabilities, while maintaining engineering excellence and enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software, data science, ML, or AI engineering experience.
3+ years of managing technical teams delivering complex tech solutions.
Experience designing, developing, deploying AI/ML or automation solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern development methods.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI engineers and technical specialists.
Foster innovation, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Manage performance, career development, and succession planning for team members.
Oversee AI development planning, execution, and delivery with quality, reliability, and security.
