TruStage in Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Manager, AI Engineering to lead a team delivering scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business value. You will guide design, development, testing and deployment while partnering with Architecture, Data, Security and AI Delivery teams.

You will mentor engineers, champion responsible AI, implement MLOps and DevSecOps practices, and ensure lifecycle governance and operational readiness across multiple initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Data Science/Engineering.
• 10+ years in software eng, data science, ML, AI engineering, or related tech.
• 3+ years managing technical teams delivering complex technology.
• Experience designing/deploying AI, ML, generative AI, or automation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud-native architectures, APIs, MLOps, and modern dev practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving.
• Preferred: experience in regulated environments.
