Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced AI/ML Platform Leader to design, build, and govern scalable AI capabilities across the enterprise. You will own end-to-end platform components, drive security, and align with risk standards to deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll lead DevSecOps practices, implement IaC with Terraform, and partner with cyber, risk, and architecture teams to ensure governance, observability, and reliable operations for GenAI services at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/AI/Software Eng or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI and data.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute the AI/ML and GenAI platform strategy aligned to enterprise standards.
• Own engineering and lifecycle management of platform components for safe consumption.
• Establish and champion DevSecOps practices for platform delivery.
