Job summary

PathAI is seeking an Associate Director, MLOps Lead to drive the backbone of our AI/ML stack, overseeing a high-scale production environment and bridging ML research with large-scale deployment. You will guide a team of engineers, define strategic milestones, and collaborate across ML, data science, product engineering, and infrastructure to scale our solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Software/ML Engineering.
• 4+ years managing engineering teams and platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for MLOPs to support ML development across business units.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6-7+ engineers, allocating resources for existing services and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with ML, data science, product engineering and infra teams to address bottlenecks and deploy new solutions.
• Architect compute and storage pipelines for millions of slides and artifacts with minimal latency.
