Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with AI Engineering tasks and projects
• Develop and prototype AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows using enterprise AI platforms and modern LLM technologies
• Contribute to AI platform engineering, model evaluation, governance, and observability to support responsible AI adoption
• Partner with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions, analyze results, and accelerate enterprise AI innovation
• Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing member service as priority
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
• Provide support in functional areas of the credit union
• Perform other duties as assigned
