Job summary
CTRL + LLC in Maryland is seeking a seasoned AI engineer to design and deploy multi-agent AI workflows, integrating foundation models via APIs, and building robust testing and evaluation for AI outputs.
Hybrid work: on-site in Annapolis Junction with up to 3 days remote. Applicants must hold TS/SCI with polygraph and reside within commuting distance. You will collaborate with engineers and domain experts, leveraging AWS and Python to advance mission-driven AI applications.
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- Strong production-quality Python development.
- Experience building apps on existing LLMs via APIs.
- Experience with multi-agent workflows and prompt design.
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent AI workflows from concept to deployment.
- Integrate foundation models through APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Engineer and refine prompts and agent instructions.
- Build testing and evaluation strategies for AI outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers and domain experts and present tradeoffs.
