Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and production-quality code
• Experience building on top of existing LLMs via APIs
• Designing multi-agent or multi-step AI workflows and orchestration
• Strong prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM outputs
• Experience integrating AI into software architectures via RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with AWS cloud platform

Responsibilities

• Agentic Solution Design & Development: Lead AI-driven solution design and multi-agent workflows for reporting outputs.
• LLM Integration: Integrate foundation models into software via APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow Automation: Design, test, and refine prompts to automate tasks and decompose workflows.
• Evaluation & Reliability: Develop testing and validation for AI outputs before dissemination to analysts.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with system engineers, software developers, and domain experts; present AI approaches and tradeoffs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with evolving LLMs and agentic AI to apply opportunities to the system.
