Job summary

Micron Technology in the United States is seeking an AI Engineer, People Technology to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the People Organization. You will build AI agents that operate across Workday, ServiceNow, and Copilot, and drive governance and responsible AI in enterprise environments.

This hands-on role requires strong Python, LLMs, and cloud skills, with a focus on transforming HR processes and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years software development/solution engineering.
• 3+ years building enterprise AI and automation solutions.
• Advanced expertise with Python, APIs, LLMs, and AI architectures.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise AI agents across platforms.
• Expertise in multi-agent architectures, orchestration, and tool calling.
• Hands-on HR domain experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI-powered products, apps, and workflows.
• Design AI agents that operate across enterprise systems with guardrails.
• Build cross-platform integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Identify AI transformation opportunities in HR processes.
