Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced AI/ML leader to architect and deliver agentic, multi-agent workflows. You will decompose complex processes, design future-state AI architectures, and ensure secure, human-in-the-loop control throughout the lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across IT, security, and risk teams, and drive value measurement from discovery through initial production, shaping reusable patterns and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience blending technical delivery with business process work.
• Hybrid Experience: Proven track record in both decomposing complex business processes and crafting or building technical solutions.
• Agentic Delivery: 8+ years of overall experience and 3+ years in AI/ML. Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Decompose end-to-end processes and map current-state flows. Lead elimination/simplification/agentification before automation.
• Architect the agentic solution and AI architecture including context strategy and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Prototype and build agentic solutions or direct their build with platform engineers; validate fit and value before full delivery.
• Define testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions for each step.
• Collaborate across client function, IT, security, platform engineers, and EPMO through first production release.
• Capture value baselines during discovery and post-release measurement; build reference patterns and playbooks.
