Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of software or AI/ML engineering experience with production-quality software.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM applications and GenAI integration.
• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript and software engineering principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into software development tools and workflows.
• Build applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling, and embeddings.
• Develop AI-powered assistants to help engineers understand code and diagnose defects.
• Integrate AI capabilities with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and developer environments.
• Evaluate models, prompts, agents, and architectures for accuracy and cost.
• Collaborate with software teams to translate engineering problems into AI solutions.
• Design scalable, secure AI services for large engineering organizations.
• Instrument AI applications to measure adoption and productivity impact.
