Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Texas is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join the Digital Transformation/Automation team. You will design, develop, and productionize enterprise AI and automation solutions, collaborating with data engineering and enterprise technology teams.
The role is hands-on and requires ownership from requirements to testing, deployment, and production support. You will mentor juniors and work under a team lead to shape the solution roadmap and ensure secure, scalable
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and production-grade software development.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI/automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ML/AI concepts, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure) and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise AI, GenAI, ML, and automation solutions.
- Build applications and services using Python and modern API/frameworks.
- Develop AI agents and workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Integrate with enterprise apps like Databricks, SailPoint, Okta, and Atlas.
- Deploy across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
