Job summary
Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) seeks an AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions that drive intelligent automation and responsible AI adoption across the enterprise. The role is hands-on and requires partnering with business and technology teams to deliver measurable value through governance, measurement, and managed AI initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in business solutions, application development, or related technical capacity, including implementation, solution analysis and design, and solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes and enable intelligent automation.
- Prototype, configure, test, and refine AI solutions throughout the lifecycle.
- Partner with business and IT teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and prioritize AI initiatives.
- Establish AI adoption reporting, including dashboards and metrics measuring value and risk.
- Collaborate with developers, data teams, infrastructure, and security to deliver compliant AI solutions.
