Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer 1 to support enterprise AI initiatives in Austin, TX.

You will help implement AI solutions, governance, and inventory management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery of multiple AI projects. The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise search, AI agents, and AI governance, along with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Experience building and deploying enterprise search solutions.
Experience configuring, deploying, and documenting the Darwin AI inventory system.
Experience supporting the implementation and testing of AI agents.
Experience developing technical controls, documentation, and governance processes for AI initiatives.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI implementation.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy components of the enterprise search platform.
Assist with the configuration, rollout, and documentation of the Darwin AI inventory system.
Support the implementation, testing, and validation of AI agents aligned with business unit requirements.
Develop technical controls, documentation, and operational processes to support AI governance initiatives.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Document system configurations, implementation procedures, and technical processes.
Support enterprise AI initiatives while adhering to established standards and best practices.
