Job summary

ITA Group, Inc. is seeking an AI Practitioner to drive AI/ML solution development and deployment across the enterprise. You will collaborate with business teams to translate needs into AI-driven workflows, deploy models, and ensure ongoing value through monitoring and retraining.

You will work on governance, ethics, and responsible use while maintaining AI systems and guiding innovation initiatives in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
• 2–5 years of experience developing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ML frameworks and large language models; familiarity with AI tools for automation and NLP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, tools, and workflows to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate third-party AI tools or APIs and integrate them into existing systems.
• Monitor and retrain AI models and workflows for performance, drift, and compliance.
