Job summary

Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) in Waukee, IA, is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions that transform processes and enable intelligent automation across the enterprise.

You will partner with business and IT teams, define requirements, and deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities, including document intelligence, AI-assisted workflows, and AI agents, with governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in business solutions, application development, or related technical capacity.
• Experience building or implementing AI-enabled solutions; exposure to AI governance, measurement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes.
• Prototype, test, and refine AI solutions across the lifecycle.
• Lead AI governance, dashboards, and reporting on business impact and risk.
• Collaborate with IT, data, security, and analytics teams to deliver compliant AI solutions.
