Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive AI-assisted development within the Financial Services unit. You will document business requirements, guide software design discussions, and contribute to coding, testing, and deployment across banking, wealth, and insurance projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
Experience with end-to-end SDLC: requirements, design discussions, coding, testing, deployment and support.

Responsibilities

Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting parts of business requirements.
Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
Implement test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new applications.
Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to improve reliability.
Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities to aid future projects.
