Audax Group is seeking a dynamic AI Engineer CO-OP in Boston, MA to support AI initiatives, design and scale AI ecosystems, and ensure data quality. The role collaborates with the AI Solutions Architect and data teams on pipelines and governance.
You will code in Python/SQL within VS Code, work with Azure cloud services, OpenAI tools, and Snowflake, and contribute to governance, testing, and deployment. In-office 3–4 days/week with a January–June 2027 schedule.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Audax is looking for a dynamic, motivated AI Engineer CO-OP to join the business solutions team. This position will be responsible for supporting the Director, AI Solutions Architect for Audax Private Equity on AI initiatives with hands‑on experience in AI development and AI governance. This position will coordinate with adjacent data teams to help create data pipelines, ensure input quality and integrity, and validate AI application outputs.

TRAVEL: No regular travel is required for this role.
For Massachusetts: The hourly range for this position is $30.00-$34.00. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
