You will blend AI engineering with customer problems, shaping architecture, creating AI workflows, and delivering custom solutions when the product must adapt to use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI agents or AI-powered products into production.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows end-to-end.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to understand a product’s architecture.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve the AI agent that powers River’s live sales conversations.
• Design how the agent listens, makes decisions, uses tools, and responds during real-time conversations.
• Build AI workflows that convert product and customer requirements into working systems.
• Understand the product’s broader architecture and make engineering decisions across the system.
• Work directly with customers when a use case requires a custom solution and apply learnings to improve the product.
• Ship production systems, observe performance in real customer interactions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with founders and other engineers as the team and product evolve.
