You will own delivery from concept to production, partnering with customers and shaping the product with a strong focus on performance and quality. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity in our New York office.

Qualifications

• Founder-level ownership: you take initiative and drive ambiguous problems to concrete solutions.
• Proven product builder: 4+ years shipping user-facing software at scale.
• Full-stack fluency: strong React, TypeScript, Python; databases and cloud infra familiarity.
• AI experience (nice-to-have): hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, or RAG patterns.
• Customer empathy: translate goals into solid tech specs and product features.
• Excellent communicator: explain trade-offs to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Help found our New York office and set a strong builder culture.
• Build the agent harness to run live customer conversations with low latency.
• Make agents measurable via evaluation, observability, and tooling.
• Co-create with customers to convert pain points into features.
• Own end-to-end delivery from spec to production for mission-critical systems.
