Job summary

Uline is hiring an AI Engineer to partner with cross-functional teams and deliver AI-powered solutions that streamline processes and enable smarter decision making. The role covers design, deployment and monitoring of models, GenAI apps, agents and data pipelines, with a focus on production performance and scalable practices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AI/ML or software engineering, strong Python and SQL skills, and excellent communication to translate complex concepts for business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of AI, machine learning, data science or software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building deploying machine learning models and GenAI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building data pipelines and integrating data across systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
