Job summary

Uline is seeking an AI Engineer to partner with cross-functional teams to build AI solutions that streamline processes and support decision-making. The role emphasizes deploying GenAI applications, data pipelines, and machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in AI/ML or software engineering, strong Python/SQL skills, and clear communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of AI, machine learning, data science or software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models and GenAI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building data pipelines and integrating data across systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
