Uline is seeking an IT Project Manager at its Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin to support application development and AI-driven initiatives for its North American operations. The role focuses on coordinating IT projects, organizing executive sessions, and delivering detailed project plans.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, and proficiency with AI tools like Copilot and Claude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative working sessions with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
