Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA is seeking a Director to lead AI Enablement & Strategy for Disney Experiences Technology. This role owns the AI augmentation roadmap, ROI framework, and adoption initiatives across senior stakeholders.

You will drive culture change toward an AI-native mindset, coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and Design, and ensure scalable, measurable value from AI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading technology augmentation programs across complex orgs.
• Proven ability to define and track technology ROI and value dashboards.
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI augmentation roadmap and operating model across DXT.
• Own AI Value Dashboard, ROI framework, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risk, and investment prioritization.
• Drive adoption, culture change, and AI fluency across product and engineering teams.
• Partner with finance on AI investment forecasting and OKR/KPI definitions.
• Communicate rationale for AI decisions and align stakeholders across functions.
